Online Farm Trials (OFT) is a free web-based resource and trial discovery system that contains more than 11,100 trials from 78 different organisations from across Australia. OFT has developed via a collaborative approach with grower groups, research organisations, agricultural experts and grains industry organisations by enabling contributors to share their trial reports and results across the Australian grains industry. Trial data includes key details on the trial project (code, title, growing season, trial site, crop type, trial design and type, researchers involved, research program, lead and host research organisation, funding sources, trial aims and key messages, notices for users, etc); trial methods used, trial results, trial report and associated soil and climate data. Users can view, analyse and export grains research trial data as well as compare trials based upon historical, geographic and crop-specific search filters.
