Maps of soil pH for south-western Victoria - pH water 5-15 cm predicted mean

These maps of soil pH were produced as part of the Understanding Soil and Farming Systems project (Victorian Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources) for south-western Victoria. The maps are for soil pH measured in a 1:5 soil-to-water suspension (pHw) with possible addition of a salt solution (typically Calcium chloride, CaCl2). The new maps of soil pH were delivered as part of regional digital soil acidity assessment in south-western Victoria. The maps have been produced according to standards for depth intervals of 0-5, 5-15, 15-30, 30-60, 60-100 and 100-200 cm. The raster datasets include a mean, lower and upper uncertainty prediction for each depth interval.
